Wesley College Interschools Music Festival 2025

On Saturday, March 1st, eleven members of our school Trad Group, Ceol an Chlochair, travelled to Wesley College, Dublin to compete in the annual Interschools Music Competition. A lot of practice was put in for the performance in the weeks leading up to the competition, perfecting tunes, harmonies and variations. It was a very close competition with 16 schools from across the country taking part and performing beautiful arrangements. Ceol an Chlochair were delighted to be awarded 1st Class Honours (3rd place) alongside Coláiste Naomh Cormac, Kilcormac.
